TalentsinAfrica, an online platform that brings together all job search websites for job seekers looking for employment and employers looking for candidates to fill up positions in their company across the country took second place at the Ghana National Pitch Competition.
Co-founders Emmanuel Leslie Addae and Bridget Boakye pitched TalentsinAfrica in an Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) National Pitch Competition staged to discover start-ups with huge potential to expand and to penetrate the market with confidence.
The event took place at the Accra City Hotel under the partnership of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre(GIPC) and the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) Congress. The initiative seeks to host and select 100 start-ups from different countries to pitch and compete to win the grand prize of $50,000.00.
The listed categories in AIM Startup were; businesses having the most growth or achieved the most scale amongst all the start-ups that pitched, having the most impact on society, leveraged the latest technology, and amongst others.
