4. User Accounts

6. Job Listings & Employer Conduct
Employers and recruiters agree to:
Post legitimate job opportunities.
Refrain from charging job seekers fees for employment.
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of applicants.
Abide by labour laws and anti-discrimination policies.
TalentsinAfrica reserves the right to remove listings that are fraudulent, misleading, or violate our ethics.
7. Privacy Policy
We take data privacy seriously. By using our platform, you consent to our Privacy Policy, which outlines:
What data we collect (e.g., names, CVs, emails, IP addresses)
How we use it (e.g., matching with jobs, improving services)
Your rights to access, edit, or delete your data
How we protect your data under Ghana’s Data Protection Act (Act 843) and other applicable laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we work to ensure accuracy and security, we do not guarantee that:
The site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Job matches will be guaranteed.
All content is current or complete.
TalentsinAfrica will not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from use of the platform, including missed opportunities or third-party actions.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion if:
You violate any part of these terms
We detect fraudulent or harmful activity
Your use is found to be in bad faith or against our mission

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
